A quick walk around outside in the (cold) fresh air, and a quick sugar fix will help. Then at lunch make sure you eat some carbohydrates to get you through the afternoon. Good luck.

Lots of fresh air, so either open a window next to you or take a walk outside every hour or so. I also find really concentrating on what Im doing helps distract me, strange! Dont worry, only 7hours to go!xx

Either go outside or lean your head out the window to let the cool breeze blow across your face. Get an energy boost drink or bar tohelp keep you going. Good luck!

Coffee, lots of coffee. And in your break go out for a walk in the cold air, maybe put a fan on while you drink your coffee. Or you could go wash your face in a sink.

Good luck!

Me_me,
You are stressed out! You need a break. If you continue at this pace, you might have a nervous breakdown also affecting your immune system. Please kindly consider taking a vacation to recuperate.
