Hey people,
I am a very strict vegan,
I have been seeing a dietician now for the past year and as I only eat fruit and vegetables and some nuts, she is asking me to eat food that I hate and also food that makes me sick. I know I should be taking vitamins but I just don't want to I hate the idea of it. I don't know what to do and I go back in 3 months. I know if I eat the other food she will get off my back but it makes me sick.????????????

I currently take Ritalin for ADD. I take 20mg 3x a day. I want to switch to Adderall because I don't much like the roller coaster like ups and downs of ritalin. I have taken both before and I preferred adderall because it is a lot smoother, however, I don't remember the dosages I used to have and what worked. So, should I take the same dosage in adderall as I do with the ritalin even though it is a completely different type of drug? Please let me know your experience with the medications. Thanks.

PS, I don't want to hear from any of you holier than thou posters who want to scream "RITALIN IS BAD!". Post your opinions somewhere else, k thanks.

I went in to the doctor last friday and they diagnosed me with a kidney infection and gave me some medication called nitrofur which is generic for macrobid. I have been on the medication for four days now and I am still having bad adominal pain my fever has been hitting about 102 then I take tylenol and it goes down for a few hours. I am also still very weak and dizzy, and my muscles are very sore. My prescription was for seven days. Is it normal to still be feeling this way after four days of medication?

Ok for the last 6 mths I have had this bad "ache" in my lower right side of my stomach kinda in the groin area maybe alittle above.It comes on at least 1 time a day and it lasts for about a hour or so. I have had ultra sounds, CT's and seen MANY doctors and they can not come to a conclusion to what it could be and then I hear that there is something called Chronic Appendicitis, Had anyone had this? If so was the pain on and off for a couple mths and it seems to start after standing for a while or walking? No it's not a hernia either. ( thats what I thought) I was wondering if this could be it and it so why would it NOT show up on other tests? PLEASE HELP this is a EVERYDAY struggle. Thanks!

my daughter have both eye sight in here both eye as well little squint too. so doctor precribe here glass to were she is to small and only 5 year old . but she is not the deficiency of vitm. also but how to get ride of glass as well as squint. please suggest some site as well as what food should be added in her dite. i am really worried about her . pray to god for her health.my poor little baby last year she had adnoid surgy . and this year this.

Something has been plaguing me for years. Sometimes while I'm speaking (to others), laughing, or when I take in a deep breathe I SNORT loudly. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and annoying needless to say. Why is this happening!?! What can I do? I sometimes wonder if I'm taking in too much air or something, because that’s what it feels like. Worse part of it is- I'm a public speaker and it's happened several times already….it was horrifying. What is this condition? I do tend to breath through my mouth- is this associated? HELP!

my stomach has been hurting for about 6 days. havnt gone to the bathroom normal. i take nexium. been taking it before this has been going on. used 2 go to the bathroom everyday not every other day or every 3 days. After i go to the bathroom i feel very hungry and my stomach hurts until i put food in it if there is no food in it will hurt any idea what this could be??

when touched only on my right thigh and on top of my butt on right side?...it feels like sunburn although i don't have it...and there is nothing there...no rash or anything..,..also that leg feels sore when i walk sometimes...(muscles)...havn't taken or used anything different ..for an allergic reaction....someone help me!
