I have just come back from a holiday, i have done knothing but relax, so hardly any exercise and ive drank quite a bit. I have gained a bit of weight from it all, and feel pretty crappy. Can anyone give some advice of what i can do?

my 3 year old nephew is displaying some signs of autism or aspergers syndrome. i am trying to get my sister to get him checked out, but she thinks the doctors will think she is an unfit mother and take him into care. i want to get help for him, does anyone know what will happen at the doctors??

I must be the clumsiest freak alive. Everyday I smack my arm, leg, hand, elbow, or head on something as I walk by it. Then I get an enormous bruise. People must think I get beat. I must move my arms and such around too much while walking. Maybe I should walk like a robot. It's just annoying. Anybody else have this silly problem? Did you ever get over it? I never used to be this way!

this guy is standing at the urinal next to me. suddenly he lets out a big gasp and grabs the urinal plumbing like he's gonna rip it off. I usually would help out a person (medically) but I didn't feel right talking to him with his willy out.

I have been having terrible nausea in the late afternoon/night.
Has anyone else had this as a side effect from caffeine?
I always drank cokes throughout the day and never felt this.(no,I'm not pregnant)...

I still have it when I don't drink coffee but not as intense...

is taking a hot shower good or bad? i heard it dries out the skin. removes natural oils from your body.

second question..why is it why...when i shower in hot water...like in my back..its so sensitive it feels good..its like having an orgasm on my back..and when i turn the hot water to crazy hot water it cant handle it no more. why what is that?
