Don't know what sort of work you do, but if possible, take off your shoes (providing your feet don't stink). That will give you a few moments of slightly increased alterness.

Take a nap at lunchtime. Take frequent breaks, stretch. If you can get away with it, catnap at the desk.

How about this one: Keep busy, very busy. Hard to drop off if you are working hard. If you find yourself drowsy, bring up in your mind the issues that were keeping you awake last night. Fantasize about sex.

With difficulty. Drink coffee, and eat something with a lot of protien in it. And when you get off from work, sleep! Your body will demand it.
