The very best thing you can do is cut out alcohol and drink loads of water..it will flush all the toxins out of your system and give you energy. Also you won't feel so hungry if you drink lots so will help with the weight loss. Also eat a well balanced diet with loads of vegetables. xx

Trust me, I know the feeling.

You're going to have to will yourself to start being more active. Tell yourself that you had your relaxation, you had your vacation, and now's the time to get back into your lifestyle.

But do so gradually, not quickly. Start shifting your diet slowly towards eating healthier. Start out with a nice, brisk walk every morning, even if it's just for a few minutes.

The point is to start off low, and then you build on that. If you start eating more vegetables/fruits, for example, then go and tell yourself to avoid sweets for a day. If you walk twenty minutes a day, try increasing that amount to forty, or try jogging instead.

In time, you will feel better and get back into your lifestyle, don't worry about it.

Drink lots of water and NO ALCOHOL. Get yourself into an exercise plan. Go for walks, go swimming a couple of times a week or maybe join the gym. The endorphins will stop you feeling crappy and make you happy.

I would suggest just getting out there slowly to get back into shape again. Vacations are always nice, but you do need to keep up with your body, take a walk and drink lots of water...get back into eating the right food again and in about a week or two you will start to feel alot better!!
