Yes, the worse they are the worse your body will react. Worst of all an allergic reaction can kill if it is not treated properly.

Yes, they can bring on dangerous allergy attacks.
Take Claritin or Benadrly for a backup.
Pets should not be in the house during allergy season, they
prolong the allergy unless u wipe them down with olive oil.

But there are food allergies that can actually kill you
As well as drug allergies....
Allergies can truely effect your quality of life, and your health if you are not careful.
