in football practice today i hit my hand on someones pads and now its swelling alot any suggestions to make my hand feel better?

Stab yourself in the leg...you'll soon realize that your hand didn't hurt as much as you thought it did....

take tamarind paste into a pan mix little water and boil & cool it apply to your swollen hand and sleep of in the night . Next day morning the swelling & the pain will reduce.

You should probably put some ice on it and take some aleve or naproxen sodium they are the same thing it's an anti inflamatory. If that doesn't work you should see your dr. it might be fractured or broken.

Memories....You Probably sprained it .....If its real swollen it may have a little fracture..dude, try ice packs on the area that is hurting.......If you can take ibuprophen take that it's good for the minor pain and inflamation..
If it's really hurting a lot get to the team nurse...Tell your family too.you don;t want to mess around if it continues to hurt......see your family doctor....
I remember injuries like these.......it hurts......

Ice it and elevate it.
If it gets worse an xray is in your future.
