A quick way to get rid of pimples (not acne) is to use toothpaste on them. It must be white toothpaste, not the gel types. Just dab a little right onto the pimple after cleaning your skin. The best time to do this is at night, works while you sleep. I heard this tip from a model many many years ago. I use it whenever I get a zit and it WORKS for me without any scarring or holes. I just wash the paste off in the morning. I use Crest. Its the best type of toothpaste to use

Definetly. They key is to put toothpaste on the soon-to-be pimple. When you notice a red mark that feels badly 'bruised' to the touch and you know it will grow to be a pimple put some toothpaste on it at night and sleep with it. Remove the dried paste in the morning. When you first remove it, you probably wont notice a difference. However, you will notice that the red mark will vanish by the end of the night on that same day. It always works for me. But if you put toothpaste on it when the pimple is big already, or has a white head, it's too late and it wont work.

It's meant for teeth, not pimples. I think this bogus idea of using toothpaste on pimples was cooked up as revenge by an enraged Dad who mistakenly brushed his teeth with his teenagers' pimple cream.
