i get real embaresed becouse they rustle in public and i try to hide it but it is real hard!!!!! i dont like to have anyone over becouse im afraid thell find out it is ruining my life!!! does anyone know what i can do to get my life back!!!

Im 17 and am having trouble sleeping i cant get to sleep sometimes or i get to sleep but keep waking up and ive tryed the warm milk, counting down from 100 and relaxinxing as good as i posible can, and also over the counter sleeping pills...im never high strung or really worred about anything are there any suggestions

puked in my sleep it wasint food puke i know this nasty it was str8 stomache acid it hit me so hard i sat str8 up and couldint breath it burned so bad i was hitting my bed trying to breath what could have caused this

Now I have asthma and cannot go out to hear live music or to any bar. I do not drink, but want to go out. I cannot because it gets me sick. This is not fair. My city has banned smoking in restaurants which helps, but not in bars. This is not fair to me.

Would it be more fair to ban smoking in public so it did not violate my health and the health of workers in the area like CA?

My idea is to give smokers free nicotine patches and gum for public use. Tax cigarettes really high to get this money for them. That way they do not hurt others.

Then they can pay for my inhaliers if I need them because I only need them after a smoke exposure or when I am sick now. I have controled my asthma and allergies with the environment. If I get exposed to smoke I need many medications to get back on track. It can be hunderds of dollars to get back into health. Perhaps the cigarette tax should pay for that too.

i ran out of contact solution! is there any substitute i can use for it? like water or something??? and i just opened the brand new contacts today, so i cant throw them awaY! its too late to go anywhere now!

So I'm a night owl, and last night I went to bed at around 3 am.. not tired.. but just so I don't wake up in the afternoon the next day. For the life of me.. I couldn't sleep.. but not because I wasn't tired.. but something strange was happening. I felt maybe 50 lbs heavier, and so like I just felt really uncomfortable. I tried sleeping.. but I just laid there until 5 am.. and it just felt like gravity was more intense or something!! The only reason I finally did fall asleep is because I left the bedroom and slept on the living room couch.. which I think is very uncomfortable.. but at least I didn't feel so heavy. So anyone have any idea WTF happened? Anything like that happen to you? I told my mom about it, and she mentioned that my grandma (staying in a guest room) felt a little odd last night, too. My brother said maybe it's CO but we have 3 detectors. Hmmm!

everytime i get a sun burn places of it bleed i have a hole on my shoulder one on my foot and one on my knee where the sun has burnt thru it blisters then bleeds anyone know what this is or has had this happen?

If you have an urge or the drive to have an intercourse or otherwise, make love with your wife, what can someone do to totally stop his urge or drive for sex? Like eating certain kind of fruits or any thing that will help him or her not want to do it. Let me know. Thanks in advance.
