Don't use the computer or watch TV or anything 30 minutes before bed. The light makes you not tired. Also, if you are one of those Imming until 5 in the morning victims, try sleeping one hour before the time to fall asleep. Maybe something is stressing your life. Resolve it and play some classical music and you will fall asleep.

I had that problem last night and I was bad that my feet were going 90mph so my sister gave me some RobitussinDM and made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

After taking all of that I really felt like I was going to still be awake all night. The next thing I knew it was 10am. I don't recall anything after that brief moment of thinking I'd be awake all night.

Maybe something similar will work for you. Not quite as strong so you can wake up in time.

Good luck and Sweet dreams!

If you have a bath tub, USE IT!! I'm amazaed by how many people think they haven't the time to take a bath. If you make it really hot and add some epsom salt, like 2-3 cups oyu'll sweat through the night but have really wild and deep dreams.
Hope this helps....=0)

If you're not diabetic load up on some carbs like Cinnamon toast and your milk. The insulin should eventually make you drowsy.
