I'm not able to go out and buy any right now either. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of my stomach ache?

I was raised on warm 7 up or sprite with saltine crackers. Both are very bland and set good on the stomach. If the pop isn't working try water or gatorade with the crackers. You definately want to keep liquids in you so that you are not dehydrated.

peppermint of any kind is good, soda water can work well too. I like to drink a glass of milk (it coats the stomach). Tums, or a similar antacid works well for me too, if you have that available.

If it hurts very badly, the best thing may be to just go to the restroom and throw up. If something you ate was perhaps a little rotten, it will put you in a hurting way fast. Been there, done that.

If stress seems to be causing your stomach problems, your doctor may recommend a specialist, such as a psychologist. These experts can help kids figure out the source of the stress and help them come up with some ideas for how to fix the problems or handle them better.

If you'd like to prevent bellyaches, here are some good tips to follow:

Don't overeat.
Eat fiber-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables, so your bowel movements are regular.
Wash your hands before eating.
Don't eat right before bedtime.
Get lots of sleep so your body doesn't get run down.

If it's gas pain-- sip a glass of warm water, or have a cup of hot chamomile tea. Lay on your left side w/ left leg stretched out and right leg w/ knee bent and tucked into your chest, and relax.

Nausea/ indigestion-- peppermint, ginger

I have had gastritis (inexplicable stomach pain) for years, and these things all seem to be the only things that ever work. (short of a trip to an herbalist)

find a quiet spot, lie down, do a bit of "deep breathing" to quiet your mind, and then, addressing your request to no one in particular, "ask the universe" to give you some help with the problem. sound strange? give it a try.
