Well, where I live we can burn...so I gather up all fallen limbs and twigs in the yard and spend the eve burning them....

When there is no debris....I do enjoy the popular hot bath and then spend the evening doing my feet, nails....etc...full pamper...

But seeing as you're a guy!!! I will still say an early evening hot shower....would be a great start...then absorb yourself in something you love...anything from TV or fixing something....you always need to find time in the day to do what makes you feel better, not what you need...Needs come first...after that....chill....

well here's what i do:

1. some time doing nothing but listening to my favorite music and lying on the couch.
2. a very hot bath with some yellow light such as spot lights or candle lights with instrumental music. keep the water running, or keep it hot.
3. ordering in my favorite meal.
4. wearing my favoire sexy Pj or clothes just makes you feel good.
5. switch off your phone, just the feeling is good.
6. arrange to watch something funny, yr fav. sit com maybe, make sure its funny, laughing is gr8.
7. Drink cranberry juice, something about it is calming.
8. if you have a hammock, or a bean bag chair, seatings with little effort in sitting on are great to help relax yr muscles.
9. a massage maybe? its very good, sometimes you can do that with a strong shower head, and warm water, it circulates your muscles real good.
10. i think sleep is a waste of time, but if you're one of those people, you can get some decent sleep, make sure you're sleepy first, don't force yourself, keep out any light, wear one of those eye pads, and maybe put some sleepy music on, try Souad Massi. Gluck

Shoes off, glass of chilled white wine, dinner, long leisurely scented bath in candlelight with music on in the background, bed in clean crisp white linen sheets, sleeeeeep.

By 10 this evening, I hope to have had a good day, had dinner with friends and be in bed ready to start over again tomorrow.

Hope you have a nice day!

Going to the local gym where they have this wonderful jacuzzi, I just sink into the warm bubbles, relax and enjoy.

If I were at home it would be painting, even painting walls I find theraputic!

Other than that walking in the countryside or along the shore.

Coming here or visiting my 360 friends. Apart from that, the only other way I have of "switching off" is by having a big poo while reading a book. The bathroom is my only haven!

Windows open, cup of tea, sit on the patio and breathe deeply and listen to the birds singing. That's summer obviously! In winter cup of tea stays the same, but in a warm scented bath.
