1. wake up at the same time every morning (no sleeping in on weekends)
2. dont drink at night
3. dont smoke
4. no naps
5. only sleep enough to feel rested, not too much

Yes it is possible. You just need to tune your body to waking up at the same time everyday. It will become so normal such that when that time arrives, you will be awake unless you decide to go back to sleep.

Don`t drink or smoke or have a lot of physical activities.
Drink coffee in the morning.
