Let's say your best friend or significant other and you are stuck somewhere very cold and you have nothing to warm yourselves with besides the clothes on your back. Is it true that if you strip naked (or strip to your underwear) and cuddle, that you both become very warm and in fact save each other's lives, as same with someone with hypothermia?

I am not sure if I have insomnia, but I havent been able to fall asleep at a good time. In high school, I was used to sleep at 3 in the morning and be able to wake up for early period at 6 in the morning. But now in college, I cant wake myself up in the morning for the life of me. Even with an alarm clock! This seems to be a reoccuring problem. For the past week I havent been able to sleep before 5am. So far, I have been lucky for I have gotten up for my classes; but I dunno how long I can keep it up. And its annoying! I need to get my sleep.

Its nearly 3.30am (uk) its too hot to sleep and i have to be up for work at 6.00am to go to work, i also have to go out straight from work for the evening. Any ideas on how im going to get through the day?

Ok I dont know what the problem is but my nipples are cracking and peeling. I have no sensation there at all. I believe what caused it is I like to clip cloth hangers to my nipples because they sexually simulate me and bart. I usually keep them clipped on all day. Have I caused damage? COuld there be another reason this is happening and the cloth hanger has nothing to do with them?
