That's a tough one because as hydrated as I am, I still get really severe headaches that last for hours after Ive got out of the heat. Its a very hot summer all over the country this year. Just wet yourself with bottled water, that is my only true suggestion to stay cool when in heat like there has been.

Lots and lots of drinking water, cool clothing, anything that will create a shade, spray bottle of water and sunscreen. Good Luck, it has been about 100 here for the past week.

Drink alot of gatorade and stay in as much shade as you can,Take breaks ,carry a spray bottle with you and water ect.Wear a hat and something white and cotton.Do not overdo! I woke up with ice all over me .I was in hawaii and not drinking enough and down I went ,Lucky to be alive.

ya sunscreen,try not to wear dark colors take a litter of water and when ur feeling hot wet ur shirt with the cold water also drink some!!!

Leave your shirt in the freezer for an hour, and then spray your shirt down with water before you go out.

Were sunscreen if u burn easly were a sun hat and some nice breezy clothes.
