When ever I have been stung by a bee, I used either baking soda and water as a paste, or mud. They will help draw the stinger out. Take a benadryl to counter the reaction.(swelling and numbness.) If it does not get better soon, or if the swelling and numbness increases at all, get yourself to an Emergency Room.

You probably have a allergy to bees. You should call your doctor.

Benedryl is an antihistamine and that is an over the counter drug. be sure read the label for drug interactions. It will help the itching too. Ice will help the swelling.

I had similar reactions a kid and my doctor said to take that. but now as an adult I have to carry an epy pen.

Over the counter insect bite remedies work best. There is a product called Caladryl - calamine with bedadryl. Works pretty good. Benadryl tablets will help, but they make you drowsy and dry you up. Hot water is a no-no, as it opens the skin system and helps spread the venom.

try baking soda and water. Make a paste, and let it dry on the area. It will pull all the poison out and relieve the stinging.

I hope you don't smoke but if you do, use tobacco. Just take the tobacco out of the cigarette and moisten it and stick it on the sting area.
Also honey and aloe vera gel works.
