Relacore, is a diet pill sold at walmart 19.00 for 30 day supply. i started using it last year in august went from a size 18 down to a 12. I stopped for about 4 months and started again in february and am still using it, its great. I also did some portion control but I must admit I have not exercised as is recommended and i still have fab results. I even wrote to the company praising their product.

the only way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. That means cutting back how much and what you eat, along with working out. A great gym to go to is Curves. It's is a gym just for women so there is not preasure there to be super skiny and fit, they also have diet plans that should help. Most of the time diets don't work any way, just watch what you eat. For instance instead of cutting out sweets from your reagular diet all together just have them once a week instead. Anyway her is the website maybe that will help you http://www.curves.com/

diet is not the way to go! trust me..u always feel like a failure.. i've found that exercise is the BEST way ever to lose weight. i am kinda overweight now too (i'd love to lose 15 lbs or so), but 3 years ago i bought myself a gym pass. i went everyday for awhile, of course here and there i didn't, but i made myself go in the morning OR at night.. or sometimes both. occasionally i would not eat as much as i'm used to, but i would still eat. i loove to eat. anyhoo, gosh the first week or two of exercise, u start feeling so great!! and u definitely can tell that even tho u eat u have more energy and burn the weight faster. i got my stomach really flat doing pilates too, but then i got in a car accident and couldn't exercise for 6 mo and lost all my diligence. of course i could go walking but i was just sad and lazy. anyways...cheer up! just burn more calories (the new machines show how many calories u burn) than you eat!! be aware of food calories, and just exercise healthy amount. key thing is to make exercise a daily HABIT, not think of it as a chore that u are only doing to lose weight. everyone should exercise daily...

I am the same way.
Try drinking more water. I found that if I drink water I feel alot better, esp in this heat wave we've been having. I freeze a bottle of water the night before and take it to work with me so I can drink cold water all day long.
Eat fresh fruits and veggies, right now you can get so many great things out there.
Bottom line is drink water (bottled spring water is better than tap water), and eat healthy. You will start to feel alot better and then you might find that you are starting to have a little more energy and can get out there to excersise a little bit. If its too hot to excersise consider swimming or water arobics or walking at an inside place like the mall.

Try just two things: cut out all soft drinks and drink only water; and find a way to do some walking a few times a week. If you can start with just two things that are pretty small and easy, you may find it possible to add one or two more good habits in time. Just a little exercise will build up your energy level and also may be motivating to go a little further. Do what you can, but do something toward your goal. Good luck!

2 issues that i think of are distinctly conceivable: First is which you're physique is going into fat storing mode. decreasing your metabolism as a results of fact which you're actually not getting sufficient sustenance. (keep in mind which you're physique might have coped final time yet this time you're utilising lots greater skill so which you may desire to place greater in!) On yet another notice you're greater perfect off ingesting a nicely balanced nutrients ordinary somewhat than in line with shakes. this might advance your wellbeing, weight and way of existence in the long term. 2nd is which you're putting on weight from exercising ordinary. do not quit exercising ordinary because of this although. Weight isn't the be all and end all whilst it consists of getting in good shape, looking good and loosing fat.

I have battled weight all of my life. I have my periods of success, and those of failure. I can say with 110% honesty...The simple and most effective way (note I did not say easy) to lose weight is to burn calories. For as difficult as it is, you have to monitor your calorie intake...Plain and simple. There is NO easy weight loss method. If there were, EVERYONE would be thin, and clearly they are not. Usually, only those who make the effort control their weight. And I speak from experience, and from the heart...I am currently on the good side of my weight, but one year ago I was 50 lbs. heavier (because I allowed myself to get that way). My method...calorie counting (healthy calorie counting) and exercise. Without exercise it simply will not work. Talk with a dietitian...That is your first step, and try to avoid the gimmicks. I wish you luck.

Give up one high-calorie non-nutritious food. When I want to lose weight, i give up soda (give it up, don't switch to diet) and drink a lot more water. It works. Any one thing you eat nearly every day that you don't need - could be ice cream, potato chips, etc.
Another thing - when you are working out, picture yourself looking the way you want to and believe it. For that period of time that you are working out - you are there, you have reached your goal. I swear you burn more calories that way.
And remember that you are beautiful just the way you are. Confidence is the most essential component of beauty.
Hope this helps!

Cut out small things, like bread and soda if you have to eat bread do it in the morning or before you become most active. Try to drink diet soda the sugar in regular is not worth it.
Eat grilled instead of fried. It is going to take time to get used to it but first your mind has to diet before your stomach, if you are not in the mindframe to di it than it will fail. Once your mind feels like it is doing its job that slowly begin cutting down. Eat popcorn instead of chips. eat when your hungry don't deprive youself. Chew slowly- let your mind and sotmach catch up. I lost about 30 pounds one tim doing this but than I fell off the boat, don't give up if you fall off the boat!!
Good Luck!
