Start the work day with a shower to help wake you up. If you need to concentrate at work try RedBull - it's far more effective than coffee (but don't make a habit of it). As you go through the day you should wake up anyway and keeping yourself occupied will help. Before you go out after work do the same thing with the RedBull for another lift and then it's really down to you. Chances are you won't get opportunity to power nap although if you do, it might help. I always seem to to do this staying awake lark because I work a nightshift and it's hard to sleep in day. Currently on hour 17 of a 19 hour shift and I'm fine - hopefully you will be too.

Be very careful if you have to drive :)

If you can squeeze in a 30 minute nap in the early afternoon, it might save ya. Otherwise, have some coffee, drink lots of water so you don't get fatigue from dehydration, and try to eat regularly throughout the day to keep your energy up (but don't eat a LOT at any single sitting). Good luck!

You still have a few hours of sleep to catch!! Move to a cooler place - take your pillow into the bathroom!! What about a cool shower then back to bed?? If you have no luck then caffeine will need to be your friend to get you through the day - try sleeping at lunchtime - a quick power nap might just help!!

Buy some of those energy drinks and to prevent this from happening again , go and buy a air conditioner . I know that I can not sleep unless it is about 70 in my house.

When it's to hot to sleep I take a cool shower before I go to bed. Maybe you could try it. It works really good for me. Just think of the rewards of working.

Do some excercise to wake you up. Get your blood pumping, and if that doesn't work, drink coffee
