Let's say your best friend or significant other and you are stuck somewhere very cold and you have nothing to warm yourselves with besides the clothes on your back. Is it true that if you strip naked (or strip to your underwear) and cuddle, that you both become very warm and in fact save each other's lives, as same with someone with hypothermia?

I'm not sure about the naked part, but otherwise I think it helps. Where I live a little old lady fell outside in sub-freezing temperatues and laid out there overnight unable to move and a neighborhood german shepherd cuddled up with her and saved her life!

Well, I am not sure if that works with adults, but I do know that it works with babies. When babies temps are down, you can actually strip them down to there diaper and lay him/her on the mother's chest and her body heat will actually raise the baby's body temperature. It is an amazing thing to witness. I would imagine that it would work the same way for adults, altough I hope that I am never in a situation where I need to try that.
