If by best you mean healthiest and safest the answer is simple: A healthy balanced diet and excersise. Talk to a doctor before starting anything drastic.

ok my friend lost wieght fast buy eating nothing but ramen noodles and then everyday he would drink an energy drink and work out or run at least one mile

whatch the way you eat and the intake, also excersise as much as you can. and go bye how many dress sizes you lost. 'cause if you go bye scale it will say something like:136 pounds. but that is also because of muscle. good luck!! 9i'm trying to lose weight too!!)
