I can't forget about this guy. I haven't spoken to him in weeks, and although he was at one point my closest firend, he was honestly never a huge chunk of my life. I never once let myself falsely believe that the feeling was mutual. Still, I can't get him out of my head. It's very distracting, not to mention a bit painful.

Could it be the fact that I can't talk about it with anyone? All my friends were his friends, and, because it's summer, I can't just go out and meet new people.

I never had crushes in high school, so i don't know how to deal with this. Is it normal, or should I seek some kind of help?

hi,im 28 i have mental health issues which im presentley dealing with with the aid of a social worker, ive been refered for psychotherapy. but im living in a flat( apartment) with alot of youths who live locally. that hang around in gangs and they act very antisocially and aggressive and i feel threatened by them because they virtually live in my back pocket. i feel scared by them and they make the environment very provocating and threatening. and with me having problems with anxiety and controling my anger its making life even tougher to deal with. the youths shout and 'growl' obscenities. they act like they own the place and the area. they blast music r n b out at full volume all the time all times of night. im trying to hang in there and find somewhere else to live.. but i really dont need this when i have my own issues to deal with. : (

Has anyone had to deal w/this problem & what can be done to help him stop? He has other behavior problems that he takes medication for & the Dr said this could be a sign of OCD.

im currently dealing with mental health issues, but one of the most tormenting, frustrating part about it is my constant worrying and forgetting and racing thoughts. it could be about frivolous things or minor things, but my minds constantly churning out thoughts and worries and worst thing is, if i forget something as minor as it is it sends me into a really low mood and in a terrible confused state. i always have my notebook around but sometimes i forget to write in it. or i forget what i was thinking about and then before i no it,another thought takes its place, then another and another and so forth, does anyone have an angle on this please, thanks

I know most people can agree with me that people act so crazy in the summer. Is it bcuz we're caged in the house for 3 months during winter or what? Is it something in the warm waters? why do people get an attitude doing summer months??

I was driving today home from our office and i had a horrible experience. I started sweating my heart was pounding like a race horse and i felt like my car was closing in on me i pulled over for a few min. I started driving again and got to my families house where i just broke down and cried. We are having a lot of horrible stuff happen at our place of business and my husband has been taking his stuff out on me. I used to have a really really sharp memory that'd remember every little detail to the big picture of each event, conversation, day, I was in. From the color of their shirt, to what time of the day to every single thing they said, the details of the room. Now a long time ago some trauma happened and I'm healed now. My memory is horrible now. I miss my sharp memory. Is there any way to go back to having a sharp memory? By the way it wasn't a physical trauma to the head or something.
