Try this, wake up early in the morning, right when the sun is rising (hopefully in a nice surrounding) take a walk towards the sun and breath really deeply... And think about this, being depressed is what you choose to be, being happy is also something you can choose, focus on that...
Oh yeah don't dwell on the past.

i seen all the answers to your question they are all retarded thats going to help you drgus are going to help you either maybe in the short run but in the long run i will help you i dont know what your depressed about you should of say it you have to give your felling s out and stop holding secrets you have to get mad and fix your problem by atacking the source whats making you feel this way are you fat lose weight take supplements your avatar looks hot by i dont think thats you because you wouldnt be depressed i dont know that much about you your age what you do who you live with sometimes problems come from you family or best friends you have get up and take charge defeat every obstcle in your live dont just read a joke and laugh and say i feel better cause you dont and it will happen again so cahnge your live your style do thing be out going hit the gym exercise # 1 depression killer if you need further help feel free to email me with a question i will help you westtupacshakur@yahoo.com

well theres one reason why your depressed a guy is behind it lol ask a girl to cheer you up go away for a day shop visit people get some rest go dancing go out with friends.. it will pass. why does it have to be a guy to make ya smile. when girls go out they have more fun with the girls.. when u ask can a guy to make u smile and let them know your vulnerable of depressed state of mind watch out.. you may get a headache

Being depressed is not a good thing, and no one thing i write here will help you that much, but i know that if i put a post like yours here and had as many people as you have had left messages like you have recived it would help me a little.
