he does it 3-4 times a day, iv been reading everymans battle and i still cant find a way to help him hes going to email our pastor and see if he can help...but he is also punishing himself wih scolding hot water and i really wish hed stop before he melts off his skin! ...pls help! thnks

im an 18 year old guy - i weigh 70kgs and have put on about 12kgs in the last 4 months or so, from lifting weights and eating lots. i lift weights once a week - doing 6-10 reps a set, 3 sets an exercise, and 8 exercises a session. my muscles take anything from 3 - 5 days to recover, mainly depending on how much i sleep, also depending on how much good food i eat. anyway, im going to africa soon for 7 weeks, and im not sure how easy it will be for me to work out while im there - im gunna be camping a lot! in my experience ive been able to just about maintain the same level of strength and muscle mass working out every 2 weeks.so i wanted to know how long it takes for you to start losing muscle mass youve put on? and how often ill have to work out to keep the same level of muscle? (not necessarily to keep gaining muscle.)

My b.friend is quitting smoking. Being a non-smoker I cant understand how hard it is. But wanna support him in his decision. i am 28,male,india and got circumsiced last month and my foreskin was removed. Stiches(sutures also removed).
Earlier before circumsicion i was able to masturbate with foreskin(my foreskin was tight before surgery and head of the penis was too sensitive). Now, after surgery i can masturbate but with applying lubrications on my penis. Without lubrication,i feel pain like hell when i try to masturbate.

Can any one suggest what are the lubricants(natural/artificials) i can use for applying on my penis to masturbate? Also, for how long should one refrain from masturbation/sex after cirumcision operation?????

I'm one of the shortest guys of all my classes and I hate it!! I'm also not overweight because my weight is 110, my BMI is 20.1 and that means I am at the right weight for my height. My boyfriend of two years is an alcoholic. Recently his health has got worse (he's always running to be sick.. we're talking several times a day) he's been to the doctor who has stated to obviously "stop drinking"

It's easier said than done. He's too shy to go to AA meetings so that's not an option. He drinks a large bottle of vodka per day (mixed with diet coke throughout the day)

I'm desperate to help but don't find I am making a difference at all.
From hiding bottles to moving out at one point..

Probably worth mentioning that my mum was a heavy drinker and I lost her to it in october 2005. I want to help my boyfriend and don't want to lose him too but I can't go through this again.


Genuine advice will be greatly appreciated

I have a friction burn on my penis. It has not ever had time to heal so it has been there for a while now. I now have time to let it heal (thank god), but my two questions are:
