Just ask. Its a bit embarrasing I know but heck, there are a lot of things worse than that.

If you 'wet shave' and I know I prefer it then get your dad or someone to show you how. There is a technique and you are more likely to have the same hair growth pattern as him.

BTW : The razor adverts show an already shaved guy ripping a razor across his face like he was driving a power motor. Dont do that unless you want lobster colour skin. The other secret is keep everything clean.

Let me ask u this u dont have to ask if your hair is growing u have to shave it and tell your parents if u want to mum im older now i have to start shaving, and she will know coz she wont want u to be a hairy bush

Don't be embarrased, If your dad is around, ask him to teach you how to shave. If you live with just your mother, don't be afraid to tell her you think you're ready. I think I started in the 7th grade. GL!

Clearly you are not ready, if the hair was really there then you would be a man and just do it.
