I am a premature ejaculator and would like to know what to do to stop this. I just ejaculate after 3-4 minutes of stimulation

I am a female so i'm just talking here anyways I do know its in your mind but i'm sure there are things i'm not aware of and ofcourse have never experienced this personally. Anyways my point was just that my husband has wonderful control and can go for hours I just notice whenever he is close to ejaculation he stops doing anything and waits a certain amount of time and then starts again, and I know he totally dicides when he is going to do it it just doesnt happen once in awhile but its really rare, plus I suggest masterbation lots of it, I dont know if you do but I do know when guys are quick usually its because of lack of intimate contact or sex in general so if you make sure you do that a couple times a day atleast when you do get with a girl it wont be so crazy, yea that probly would help alot also they make those sprays to desensitize the tip try that to if the other doesnt work, good luck Kim

things to try
a) masturbate before sex
b) keep yoru penis in a freezer for 10 minutes before sex
c) have your partner masturbate you before resuming foreply to build up to sex
d) have sex in a cold place - like on an iceberg

Hun there really is no way to "stop" it. it just happens to some people, and not others. Yes it is true you can drink a little to numb your senses but that will still not stop it. Always wear a condom, or you might end up a parent.
