Only 2 things have been scientifically shown to increase the amount of sperm you have per shot.
1. Do it less, this lets your store up.
2. The girl you really like (like a wife or girl friend or even just a girl you really like) is with another man, this increases your sperm count because your body sense a challenge and wants to make sure that your the one who is more likely to get her pregnant so it increases your sperm count. Unfortunatly however this usally means that the girl you like has to be with another man first.

DRink LOTS of water, don't spank for a few days, when spanking count strokes get up to 3500 strokes without blowing it or getting near the point of no return.
