Yes, you are fine. Puberty is a time when the body develops from that of a child into that of an adult. Fact is, you will notice many changes...not just this one. It will take anywhere from one to four years before you fully develop. This is normal, and unfortunately, cannot be sped up. My advice to you is enjoy your years as a young adult. Seize every opportunity you can. Good luck!!

Dont be in a hurry. You have some 3 or 4 years to go before your chest develops. Yoy are still in the growth stage.
It might help if you do some simple stretching exercises with your two hands held in front of you and stretched as far behind your back as possible and brought in front of your chest, at all times keeping the hands parallel to the ground.

I've never heard of anything like this. Next time you have to go to the Doctor, as him to take a look. I don't think it's anything to worry over, but I know guys your age are self conscious.

Are you obese?
Nipple could be inserted in obese people, in that case nipple can be protruded after weight reduction. Otherwise, congenital concealed nipple can not be protruded in the generallity of cases.
