Do you really, or do you just think it has two? the opening is oblong, so it appears to a lot of guys that when the stream comes out it is two streams, often corkscrewing. In fact, if you open up the hole and look closely, there is only one exit hole, and maybe a deep depression at the top that at first glance may look like one but is only a slight depression. Look more closely, bet you have just one!

You may be have hypospadias.
How old are you? It can be corrected by operation. Minor hypospadias can be accompanied with undesecended testis. Check your testis and go to the hospital!

No, I've seen MANY Many DIFFERENT guy parts and as long as these 2 holes don't bother you or cause any problems, you are completely fine.
