I'm wondering, like if you came in after being hit by a car, or having an OD. Do they keep you in your clothes or do they get a nurse to put a gown on when you're knocked out...and then how do they do it if you are heavy and lying down?

I gave blood in september and my friends that came with me said that I was a white as piece of papper . then when they took me to the other room i was still pale and i was cold and i was starting to sweat thats what they said and then the people took me temp and it was a little high and then i felt a little dizzy and then they laid me on the floor with my feet up and then they said that if i dont come out of it then they would have to call the EMTS and have them give me IV fluids. so what happen to me why did this happen? help me figure this out. please

I haven't strained to go to the bathroom for quite sometime and, I'm not really even sure what a hemorrhoid is. I have a growth almost one inch in diameter protruding from my anus and I don't know if it's something I need to go get checked out or not. This is embarrising enough without smart-*** remarks!

My son 3. Is going to doctor for a Throat Swab./ Culture

Because he won't let doctor swab his throat. He's being restrained in a "Mummy Wrap".

What is this ? Please answer.

Been told he'll be lying on my lap, in this restraint ??

If u have gull blader surgery do u have to spend the night at the hospital. Also will they put you in a diaper, or will u use a bedpan. If you have had surgery on this please respond. Or if you know the answer.

Is it possible?...well i guess it is because my doctor said I had it..and I've been very sick and my eye hurts a lot and the eye globe is swollen...has this ever happened to you?..any remedies to ease the pain and discomfort while the medicine works?...thanks!!!

These are medicated Eye Drops. For a eye infection.

He won't let me near his eyes. He's 4 years old.

He screams,kicks me & squirms so much that i can't hold him.

I need advice on restraining him. Because last time i tried,to give eye drops, i poked him in the eye by mistake.

Please tell me , how can we hold him still.

a friend of mine is seeing a guy that has really really tiny pupils all the time, even in the dark. he is calm and kinda quiet all the time. but the tiny pupils is kinda unnerving. all the times ive seen him they have never changed in size. even at the club they are still tiny, and pupils are supposed to get bigger the dimmer lights get (its almost pitch black in there except for lights flashing). what is this a side effect from? drugs, etc?

I can choose from a Kaiser HMO, an Aetna PPO, POS II, or Aetna EPO. This is all greek in Canada as there is gov't controlled health care. I have two small children and we do travel back to Canada so I would need something where I won't have to worry when out of country. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and for the last few days only in the morning when i wake up i feel like i have to spit, and when i do there's blood in it. The rest of the day i don't spit any blood. I have recently started to feel really down about everything I do. Im getting short with my family and work-friends. Im constantly tired. I work as an exec in the city, and my work is getting sloppy, but for some reason I couldnt care less right now, I just dont have any enthusiasm for anything. I am a reasonably fit 23 y/o lad, I get down the gym, and eat healthy, albeit I like a beer, but who doesnt! Can anyone help?

I am always tired. I've been tested for sleep disorders and the doctors say nothing is wrong. I mostly get tired after lunch. I almost always fall asleep watching tv. I can't even lay on the couch with my boyfriend without falling asleep. I've even fallen asleep sitting around a campfire, or while at parties! Any suggestions?

I have a sore throat, which also hurts when i touch my neck, i know my eyes are glassy, and I just feel Very tired.
