this whole week i have only pooped once. i've eaten a lot, but i dont poop that much... i am not going up in weight so this is kinda awkward...

Does your breath smell?
Just think if you clear your trash in your house once a week what will happen to your house.
Try to take more fruit especially banana and prune juice to help you.
A normal person should do it everyday.

My.....you eat 3 times a day then you go to the bathroom room three times a day. Your just not healthy so here goes; l. You do not drink enough water 8 glasses a day for you! 2. Eat fruit, green vegetables,(cabbage) grains and nuts. 3. Go to the drug store and buy something called Colin Cleanser,( it has a little bowel tract drawn on it) take it with every meal, stop eating between meals and cut out all the carbs, stay away from Pizza and white bread, hey your going to blow up if you don't get on the right tract. OK? Hang in there and see yourself thru this and don't let anybody tell you it's normal for you because it is NOT.

It is normal for a person to poop from up to 3 times a day to once a week. As long as that is your normal schedule. If this is a change in your normal schedule then you might be constipated or there might be something wrong in there. See a doctor if you think there might be something weird going on. Good luck!

Heck yeah! What are you, crazy? Your bowels will get backed up and you can die from that. This is a serious situation. Hey that's on you if you don't want to take a crap, but just know this,if you do and when you do, let people know that they shouldn't go into the bathroom after you for at least 35-45 mins.

it's kinda not good. Having a regular "stool" (Pooping) Is your bodies way of disposing all the garbage it doesn't need. It possible you are constipated, if u feel bloated go to the pharmacy and pick up some exlacks (sp) if that doesn't help go to the doctor and get him to perscribe some stool softner. That will do the trick :-)

It depends on if having a BM once a week is normal for you. Some people do only go once a week. But if this is not your normal pattern, then yes, it means you are constipated. Try adding fiber to your diet, and increase your activity level. If you are having abdominal pain, or if you still don't have a bowel movement, you probably should consult a physician.

If you are an anaconda you are fine. If you are a mammal you are in big trouble. Eatin without excreeting over such a period could lead to serious digestive problems including the rupture of the tract and poisoning your system with your own waste.

It isn't perfect but it is common. As long as you have no pain and no severe swelling you are OK. Try to soften the stool (light olive oil in salads etc), add fibre to your diet (broccoli and so on), eat fresh papaya fruit, mango, prunes, and drink cool boiled water with a bit of chili pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice throughout the day. If change of your diet and exercise -more walking on fresh air, for example, doesn't help see your health care provider. Good luck.and have happy holidays.

This is VERY bad. You should go at least once per day if not multiple times per day. The amount of what you eat has nothing to do with your feces. It's the quality of what you eat. Feces will only mildly alter your weight nothing extreme enough to note by a scale. Try increasing your fruit, vegetable and water intake.

No. The normal poop cycle is once every day. I do know people who poop 5 or 6 times a day because at work I sit right by the restroom.

you should be going more ... try the fiber add in ...benefiber, fiber con metamucil ... something to get it moving a little more often. Drs usually say 3 days but thats about 9 meals your storing how many .... you must kill the bowl on that day, if not then you definitely have problems.
