I'm 17 years old.... I pitch in baseball.... During the baseball season I was taking fish oil for tendonitis and during that time I noticed my skin and complexion to really improve and look a lot clearer. I have done some reading on the internet and i'm thinking of taking fish oil on a regular basis. What do you think of this? I'm also thinking of taking a b50 complex for b vitamins which are also good for the mind and the skin. Then maybe taking 400IU of vitamin E and also take some vitamin C also. Will that benefit my health and everything or could taking these hurt me in the long run? Thanks For Your Time....

Took my 5 year old boy to a pediatrician for cough variant asthma as he had been on a lot of steroids last winter for his asthma. He has no symptoms during the summer months but from september to april he gets monthly bouts of coughing which results in a course of steroids. The pediatrician put him on seretide preventor and a singulair tablet at night two weeks ago. Just wondering had anyone been put on similiar medication and what were the results. Any success?

Ive recentley had several check ups for my blood pressure and I have had to have a 24 hour blood pressure test - which resulted in the doc wanting to see me next week because of results. I dont smoke, I only drink alcohol at the weekends and im not over weight. I dont want to go on medication cos that means you are on them for life doesnt it?
