Personally, I think america needs to get away from depending on employers to provide health insurance. To many U.S. citizens are going without coverage....even though they have jobs.
What should be done??

The health insurance companies would have to lower the monthly premium costs that they require in order to make it affordable for the average working person to purchase. Not many of us are able to pay $900.00 and up per month depending if it a single or family plan, in addition to all our regular monthly expenses.
I don't forsee the ins. companies lowering these premiums in the near future, they want to get rich quick just like the oil companies who have a choke-hold on gas prices.
