Gym if I have any energy left.
TV is mindlessly relaxing, playing with my cats, who've missed me while I've been at work all day or sitting in my garden totally chills me out.
Masked weaver birds have taken up residence in one of my trees, so I sit just under them and watch them pain-stakingly build, inspect and and occasionally rip apart nests that don't meet with their mates approval - it is fascinating and has all the intrigue and drama of a soap opera.

To relax, I do any of the following:
1. Watch TV or DVD.
2. Listen to music.
3. Observe and feed my fishes in the aquarium.
4. Play with my cats.
5. Sleep.
6. Participate in Yahoo! Answers.
7. Check my e-mail.
8. Read a book/magazine/newspaper.
9. Clean my book shelves.

Lite a few candles, put on the classical station on the radio, draw a hot, steamy bubble bath and grab a book. Nothing relaxes me more. Aaahh!!

If I get high enery meal in the night then I must go for sex as my woman likes it a lot and we end up totally relaxed and sleep thereafter.

I change into some comfy clothes and lie down to watch a movie or a show on TV. Sometimes a face mask.

I sit on the couch and listen to some soft music with the lights down. When my husbandis home....i ravage him....lol
