I'm 17 years old.... I pitch in baseball.... During the baseball season I was taking fish oil for tendonitis and during that time I noticed my skin and complexion to really improve and look a lot clearer. I have done some reading on the internet and i'm thinking of taking fish oil on a regular basis. What do you think of this? I'm also thinking of taking a b50 complex for b vitamins which are also good for the mind and the skin. Then maybe taking 400IU of vitamin E and also take some vitamin C also. Will that benefit my health and everything or could taking these hurt me in the long run? Thanks For Your Time....

Sounds like you have researched the question and already know the answer. The only additional input I have is to be careful about overdosing on the oil soluble vitamins. Some are toxic at high levels, and can cause liver or other organ damage. Fish oil should be no problem as it is a complex with many components, and vitamin C is almost never a problem even at high doses. Good luck.

Sounds like you're doing well. I would recomment Dr. Taub's "Natures Code" vitamins (you can go to QVC.com and get them) They come in a pack for every day and are completely balanced and contain all of the components that you need to stay healthy. Sometimes, we can overdose, or underdose with vitamins. Natures Code is a great, economical and convenient way to get everything you need without guessing or researching about content and balances. If you can, you might want to consider adding aspirin (taken with food) for your tendonitis as it's a natural anti-inflammatory and improves circulation. Godloveya.

These won't hurt you, but be careful which brand you take.
Some of them add so much junk to the product that it is no longer benifical to the consumer.
I recomend that if you decide to contunue taking these you should go and get them from a health food store, then you'll know that at least they don't have as much junk added to them(if any).
