My tip is
extend your arm palm up, place an ice cube on the elbow-fold and fold your arm. You might want to place it a thin plastic bag. It works wonders. If you need to bring down temperature fast, place ice cubes behind knees. Stay cool!

I am about to erupt in the most spectacular way ever and need a way of keeping the lid on it!! I am about to kill my supplier for messing me about and I am seriously going to have an epi in a minute. Anyone got a good way of:

a) taking my mind off it
b) telling me how to deal with it
c) how to stop me from ripping them apart from limb to limb?

I am seriously mad. Please please stop Norfolk from disappearing off the map.

Cheers
