well.... if u r a nervous person or u stressed out easily caffeine is no good for u, i believe! I try to avoid caffeine as much as i can... i adore coffees but... they give me more tension.

Headaches can be caused from stress or sadness and pain (physical and not only)... some people get headaches when emotionally r not ok... or when they r getting hurt by the one they love...

Try to sleep... have a good sleep... if u dont sleep well for sometime... then u get headaches... try to sleep usually the same hours... (same time every night if possible..., i mean dont sleep one night 11pm one night 4 am, another 1 am... just keep a balance). Try to eat good and healthy... dont make urself starving... Try to feel good in general... try to work out yourself.. take up a sport, go out with ur friends, try yoga, think positive...

I hope i could help u more...but im not sure what u r not doing right to have these headaches... talk to a good friend or a family person.. smn who spends time with u.. he or she might be able to help u think why u get these headaches... And ofcourse doctors are always there :)

Good luck! Take care of yourself and then u ll be ok!

I found out my daily headaches were related to allergies. I had numerous allergies that caused inflammation in my head. Once I saw my doc, I was able to get shots and meds that completely got rid of my headaches. I truly hope it's as simple as that for you, but do get checked by a physician.

When you take medication for headaches more than a couple days in a row you cause rebound headaches. Try tuffing it out for a couple days without medication (ask someone to message your neck and back for relief) and then if you still get them, see a doctor.

Do you clean on a daily basis? If you do or just might be interested in trying something to change your headache history let me know.

See a doctor. An occasional headache is one thing, but daily headache could be something else.

A headache could be a symptom of something more serious. Don't wait.

See a doctor, if no answer there, see a Chiropractor. I did, and it was from misalignment in my spine. I've been seeing him for about six months now and lately, I have had only minor headaches. I used to have migraines and be sick in bed for days on end. Thankfully, those days are gone!!!

I can think of a lot of different things that could cause it. Other than what has already been mentioned, the heat wave we are having could be part of the problem. I agree that you need to be checked out by your doctor though, just to be safe.

babe,

you have incompletions from your past
experiences you are not over yet
things you withheld and did not say
things you said you would do and did not do
you have done things that were out of integrityu for who you are

these are all imcompletions - we all have them
make a list of all that sh-t , like each and every thing - dig it up!! and then go clean it up.

head aches will likely be gone.

the good news is that you have a say in the matter of this stuff - you can adress it directly in a very short amount of time.

It could be a number of things, including stress. High blood pressure can cause headaches also, but HBP can be caused by stress. How stressful is your life?

I've had the same problem...I asked my buddies once and they said consume pineapple..i said cool..one of my buddies did me a favor went to the store and bought me what I didnt expect-pineapple juice, in a tin can like 8 inches high 3 inches in diameter i was like wut the heck. i gulped like half of it put the rest in the fridge but eventually disposed of it....basically it was very sour and i dont think it helped......i suggest eating breakfast...i used to never eat breakfast but i tried it and i've been headache-less since, except when annoyed.....also the sun has alot to do with it, and your vision also cuz mine was at the front of my head...i was told to get glasses by my optometrist but since my vision was in good quality why?
