carry Sudafed , which is OTC, to take about 20 minutes before the plane takes off. so you don't get a sinus headache and ear ache due to pressure changes.

take medicated cough drops with you.

Drink water and soft drinks without caffeine as much as you can on the plane. Hot tea will help your throat. Wouldn't hurt to carry a bottle of water with you.
Take Kleenex, too.

Damn I am sorry that you caught this cold, there is no fast healing pill or anything like that, but there are cold medicines. But when ever you get the chance, go to a chiropractor, and it save you a lot more money, and your immune system will get stronger. I know I have not been sick in 6 years, and i recieve regular chiropractic care.

Bring alot of medicene with you! Also bring some cough drops or hard candy, I've heard it helps to suck on them when on the plane. I wish I had more advice but I'm a little short on this subject, sorry!
