Yes. You can learn how to squeeze correctly in order to "aim" without peeing all over yourself. I've never done it though.
There's also a product that you can buy that's kinda like a little spoon with a hole running through the handle, where you cup the spoon part over your urethra and then it comes out the hole. Sounds weird to me though!

They have to use one of there hands to slightly stretch the vagina just above the Clit. Then they get a nice stream which they can control... That is until they start to run out and leave more drips than Southern Water.
Blokes only piss everywhere sometimes becuase they rush, they are smashed and cant shoot for s@@t or forget the foreskin can move out the way.

Yes, but their aim is very poor. Ask a woman to spell her name with pee in the snow. Not a pretty sight.

when i was little i used to wish i could. i hated the cold toilet seat in the morning.
and when i was in bootcamp i learned to pee in a urinal...you woudl be amazed what you can learn to do when 100 girls have 10 minutes to all use 5 toilets.

there is a 'paper cup' that aids women to pee standing up, i can't remember what it's called though (saw it last year on Richard and Judy)
