Eye glasses, especially if your studying your eyes gets dry when it's contact lenses. I wear contacts cause i tend to break my glasses(careless). Contacts is more fragile however and could drop if not careful. Glasses on the other hand is far better for the eyes especially if your at home but tends to have reflections in bright light so get the tinted one.

Glasses seem to cause less eye infections and they allow the eyes to breathe better.

Glasses. You don't want to put anything in yur eye that you don't have to.
