The stuffiness plays hot potato with my nostrils. Left side, right side, left side, right side. When I walk, it seems to clear up, but as soon as I sit or lay down, clog. It's been going on for years and I'm sick of it. When I sneeze or blow my nose, the mucus is stringy clear and not green what so ever. Also, sometimes I feel dizzy.

I squirt Afrin up my nose at least twice daily. Could this be my problem? I've heard you can get addicted to nasal spray. Afrin clears my nose up in seconds whereas Flonase does not work at all.

I saw the doctor and he gave 30 pills of Amoxicillin. That did not work. It did a little a first, but it's back with a vengeance. However, it did take the dizzyness away.

Any Suggestions besides ripping my nose off?

The past few days I have been getting lightheaded and my hands and legs get tingly when I eat........ what could be causing this? I don't have diabetes, but it does run in my family. Plus I am going to see my dr today about this.

Some in my family are loving his books and touting them. I'm banging my head against the wall trying to get them to stop listening to his advice. Obviously, eating more fruits and veggies is good for you, cutting down on red meat, refined sugar and alcohol all do wonders. That much you don't need to pay $29.99 to figure out.

Can a qualified medical person denounce specific claims please?
(ie: Insulin is BAD for diabetics, candida yeast causes most heart attacks, shellfish are always bad for you, saccharin causes most cancers, antibiotics should not be taken unless you are near death, magnetic bracelets will prevent )

Mooning is the rounding of the face. It's a separate side effect, not caused by weight gain, so diet won't help it.

I apply deodorant several times a day- every morning, after shower/bath, if I start to sweat at all, before bed. Dad is one of those people who never had a problem with odor and has never had to wear deodorant (lucky him), only anti-perspirant in the summer. My husband says he has never known me to "smell" but I have been known to take more than one shower/bath a day because I felt I needed to (though that's usually in the summer). I wash my hands so much that I sometimes get dry skin around my nails. If I sweat, I will change clothes. Do you think I'm obsessed? No one has ever made fun of me though it bothers me when other people around me don't wash their hands/take showers whether they need to or not.

I smoked from a hookah for the first time a week ago, and it was really nice! I was thinking about buying one. I would probably use it about once a week as a social thing. I have no family history of cancer. I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. Only hookah tobbaco (tobamel) will be smoked from it (no contraband!!!). Should I still be concerned about my health?

I can remember feeling fluttery in my chest on two occassions in my adolescence and my breath would kind of catch and my mom told me it was probably just from drinking too much caffeine. I'm now in my twenties and I get it more frequently sometimes out of no where, sometimes after I exercise and I really don't drink much soda and no coffee, I don't smoke, but my husband does. Went to the doctor and he heard it but when he made me wear a heart monitor thing for 24hrs it didn't do it. He said he could put me on meds but why not try a cardiologist, but I didn't have the $$. Should I be worried? How irregular should heart beat before you see a cardiologist because I know it happens to other people and they're fine. I can go a week without it happening, then it might do it two days out of the week, for about 15-20 seconds each time.

Sometimes I get stomach pains which feels like it starts below the ribcage and the ONLY way it will go away is if I lie down for a few minutes. If I dont lie down asap after it starts, it will move to my chest. Its difficult to describe, it feels like a stabbing pain. At first its not bad but as it gets worse, it moves up to my chest and sometimes in the worst cases, I get nauseas and lightheaded and it almost feels like a heart attack, like a stabbing pain in my shoulder or neck. But this in ONLY if I dont lie down immediately after it starts in the stomach area. And as soon as I lie down it almost immediately goes away. I get this pain very unusually, some times more than usual, but I've noticed it comes while I am hungry, sitting for a long time, or when I am nervous...... not altogether, but Im usually either one when I get the pains. What is it???? Ive been to the doctor and they said it was probably acid reflux disease, but I dont think so. Im 22 yrs old, female.
