depends if you wish one to examine CVS or Respi or Abdo..
However Litman cardio-II is best one in the world..

Littman of course. The cardio is the best. Although there is a new one by Phillips that you can actually turn up the volume its very costly but if you have problems hearing breath sounds it would be worth it to buy one.
