What you need is a visit to the eye specialist

Focusing for long periods of time without blinking causes the eye to become dry. Both computer use and long periods of driving can both cause this. Try blinking more, or use specially formulated eye drops to counteract the symptoms described. However, light headedness and feeling dizzy is something else entirely, for which you need to see both an optician and your doctor.

Using a computer all day will make your eyes get tiered. You should ensure you take a break. But a visit to the Optician/eye specialist is vital as you may require glasses.

you should go see an eye doctor. You are probably straining your eyes, the solution is simply needing glasses. I doubt its anything serious.
