If your urine is very dark, then this is a sign of heavy bleeding and needs to be checked out immediately. Blood in the urine can be caused by many things including trauma, stones, infections, prostate problems, and obstructions of the urinary tract. If it is a UTI, it is helpful to drink plenty of water, and as someone mentioned earlier you can use AZO for the pain. AZO though can only be used for a maximum of 2 days.

I consider darkish dermis is lovely! I'm now not simply pronouncing that. I am very light, and do not intend on going to an bad tanning sales space each time quickly. That stated, I love darker dermis. I consider we're born with what we're born with. I had commented on a youtube video of Tyra and a mannequin who was once pronouncing how she in no way felt lovely given that she was once darkish. I mentioned in my remark that being white, even though idealized through society through the years, isn't whatever to be valued anymore. Or, a minimum of, it should not be valued anymore. Skin colour can not outline a man or woman. I mentioned the way it sucks that we get moles, solar burns (vivid pink tomato dermis( that peels), and switch crimson from undertaking. I consider there are lovely females in each ethnic organization, and as i had stated according to Tyra's video, "the victorian technology is over, so why are we nonetheless obsessive about light dermis." My factor is that you're excellent simply the best way you're. It's just like the blonde vs. brunette debate. There are blondes with prettier faces/ brunettes/ pink heads/ black hair...and so on. Finally, only a further remark...my sister's satisfactory buddy has lovely brown dermis, and appears like a mannequin. I consider it is a disgrace that there are such a lot of folks who pass judgement on founded on dermis colour whilst it is any such trivial matter.

You are dehydrating yourself if your urine is that dark and you're not urinating as much. Force your fluids considerably, no sodas, stay off of the junk food and lower your salt intake. This should make your urine more normal in color.

Of course it could be a very serious problem, but see if the above works before you start thinking the worst.

Good luck.

Drink plenty of water and or cranberry juice. Usually when the urine is dark you are not drinking enough water. If it is burning that can indicate that you have a UTI/bladder infection. Cranberry juice will help with this also.

I think your best bet would be to drink LOTS of water. If your urine is a dark color, usually that means you aren't drinking enough to keep your kidneys flushed out.

Another good thing to help would be to drink a ton of cranberry juice. That really helps with kidney problems/ UTI's.
