Sounds like you already know what could be causing this: diabetes.
However, it could always be conincidence. Maybe you're tired or stressed, and you only have a free moment to notice when you sit down to eat.

I suspect your blood pressure is on the low side...when you eat the body naturally shunts blood to the digestive tract away from other places like skeletal muscle and the brain. If you drink more fluid you should be better.
You give no information about your age, body size or any other symptoms (like frequent urination) you are having. It is therefore impossible to hazzard a guess about the likelihood of diabetes regardless of your family history.

When you eat, a good portion of blood is redirected to the stomach muscle in order to continue the digestion process, which begins in the mouth by chewing. I know you may have heard 'chew your food good', well it's true . The better you chew the easier the digestive process will be in the stomach. Make sense? So, chew longer. Take the strain off the hard working stomach muscle, it may not completely rid your lightheadedness, but I'll bet digestion will be easier.

sounds like a sugar crash. The oatmeal and fruit sounds solid, yet no longer formerly a piece out. you choose extra protien. Bananas and strawberries-and the brown sugar contained in the oatmeal-are purely packed with sugar. You sugar up, then crash after or on a similar time as understanding, its been burned off and it makes you dizzy. stability it out with some protien. you will desire to consistently have protien with a carbs. Have peanut butter on your oatmeal in case you choose to maintain faraway from the Baron Verulam and eggs. Or have some form of egg mc muffin, like a poached or scrambled egg, canadian Baron Verulam or ham on a wheat english muffin. then you definitely can actually have a bananna or different fruit and juice.

I suggest you see a doctor soon with your condition. This is not really a good place to get medical advice. If you are diabetic you could be getting worse very quickly and not even know it. Seek professional attention. Good Luck!
