above my nail the skin is puffy and red, if I push it to either side the skin isn't attached to the nail. Does this mean there is no cutical there or is it infected?

When I first wake in the morning my heals hurt so bad I can hardly walk, they get alittle better throughout the day, but if I sit awhile and then get back up they hurt all over again. Why is this?? Is there a cure??

We do have health insurance benefits with varying coverages depending on the company plans. If we have prescription coverage we don't have to pay for the prescriptions at all.

I recently had an episode that involved me feeling terrible... in the past I have gotten very irrate when I don't eat on time, but most recently I became dizzy, very tired, and started shaking. I plan to see my doctor, but can anyone tell me anything else for the time being? From my last checkup I know I am not diabetic.

The medical practice I work fo ris asking clinical staff to add dx codes to the medical encounter form ( super bill ) afer the patient has signed for services and left the office , to ensure payment of blood work ordeed by the doctor. Is this legal. I am not a Doctor and do not feel comfortable doing this. Can I report this to anyone?
