Well considering they drink all that blood I imagine many viruses transfer into their system all of the time. Maybe they just have a super immune system because they have to fight off so many diseases. Maybe we should all be drinking blood... the ultimate cure all for the world? Err... Maybe not.

even though from the moment they become vampires they automatically become "un-dead" it doesn't mean they are alive, basically your whole body dies so an infection would'nt do anything except try to kill him but since he is already dead and there is nothing a virus could feed off it would dissappear. So my answer is simply... no.
The most similar thing to a sickness they can have is weakness due to lack of blood consumption since their body's can' without the precious substance

Given that they are real (since they are not, i think), they can not get sick because they don't really have a body system to begin with. Don't you think if they had a body system like ours, they won't be immortal and they'd die because they are just consuming blood? =D

If you're referring to mythological vampires, then no, they're not real. If, on the other hand, you're referring to the gothic weirdos that consume blood (human's or otherwise), then yes, they CAN get sick because they're humans, just like you, me, john doe, or plain jane.

Vampires are not succeptible to viral illness. If your vampire appears sick, its probable he/she just wants blood, attention, or to not be taken out for walks in broad daylight.
