Getting yourself out of the environment is the only thing that works. It takes about two years until you're completely back to normal, but it feels great. Your nose stops bleeding and you don't feel tired all the time.
Make sure you don't trade one addiction for another. Smoking, caffeine or even religion can become a crutch. Concentrate on becoming whole and the rest of your life will feel like you're on cocaine without the side effects or expense.

See an ears, nose, and throat doctor. Cocaine can cause serious and permanent damage to nose and sinuses. Get into rehab as soon as possible. Good Luck and God Bless.

there is nothing to do for the pain and damage if you dont stop the use. if you stop the use you will just have to deal with the pain. amybe neosporin would help. as far as how to stop the use, first off you have to actually want to stop, then go to NA or something. if you arent extremely addicted just find a hobby and remember where you came from

The first step is admitting you have a problem, which you seem to have acknowledged...look in the phone book for Narcotics Anonymous and make the call...life gets better from there.

Your best bet (if it is you) is to check into a resident rehab facility where they can keep an eye on you and assist you every step of the way.
