Okay, this is kinda a gross question, but it's just something I've been curious about for a while...

Why does a fart smell worse when you let it go sitting in the bathtub than when you let it go somewhere else? Is it just because you're in a more confined space in the bathtub or is there actually some sort of chemical reaction that takes place while it's just a fart bubble underwater that makes it smell worse?

in 2003 i was in a cast for 5 weeks and 5 days i had already had a declined mucle mass in that leg due to to past opperations that left me in a cast as a result of thease opperations my calf has lost nearly all the muscle mass

I have had this skin problem since I was about 18. I am now in my thirties. It is about the size of a fifty pence and raised. It covers over with hard skin then the skin comes off leaving the raised area slightly red or it is covered in flaky, dry skin. It looks awful in the summer so I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to remedy this.

I have just started working at a pub, now I have an itchy, scaly, red rash on my knuckles, I don't know if it's from the beer or cleaning products. It's even starting to bleed slightly. I don't know what to put on it. some suggestions would help.

This one tricked me - thought I was an expert... Would dive into a cappucino at the drop of a hat in misery of all the things I couldn't eat - at least there was Cappucino... well thats what I thought!!! Even a cappucino from McDonalds is laced with gluten (ask if you can read the packet of the chocolate sprinkle mix that goes on top). NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!

Im worried about this, my bf has been wearing contact lens for years, he didnt take out at all, he bought monthly lens or months, he doesnt even take out at all to wash and so on, no matter how many times i told him u have to take out daily, he doesnt care. Anyone else knows if it is alright to not take out contact lens for a month?

I'm a teenager and have been smoking for a while now. Both of my parents smoke, so they haven't really noticed that I smoke. I've decided to quit after a friend's uncle died from a smoking related cause and it really shook her up. So, to keep her from worrying about me I'm gonna quit. But first I need to know the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and ways to combat them. both of my parent have tried to quit smoking before and they will recognize the symptoms if I'm too obvious, so I have to know what to expect. Please only post if you can give a serious answer. I don't mean to sound rude, but a lot of people tend to use this resource as a chance to lecture people, and I've had more than enough of that. Is there some sort of remedy for this problem to help me sleep better without aiming for the sleeping pills? I am having this problem for a while and some days, i have as little sleep as 5 hours of sleep per night. This results in a frustrated, tired and haggard me. Please help.

I'm a little over 48 hours into quitting smoking. My doctor said, "Alex, if you can quit smoking for twentyfour hours and roll it over for a whole week(7-days); the desire to smoke will leave you forever.". I've smoked for about eleven years now; I'm tired of killing myself. At this point - I want to run outside and find someone with a cigarette! Not to smoke but just stand by them and get some of the second hand! I'm sick(in the head)! I honestly hope that this one week method is effective. I can feel my body changin' already! My question is; Has any one else tried to quit and what was the outcome?

I have no clue why I started this but now I am addicted to it. I need paper for my college and work presentations, so I have to have it around.

I recently bought a 800 pack but I find myself eating it along the way. The pack should've lasted me atleast 3 to 4 months but due to me eating 5 to 6 sheets every hour, it only lasted a few weeks if not a month or two.

I figured it wouldn't do me any harm beacuse it doesnt have any lines or ink on it and it's plain but I am noticing several changes in me.

My hair in the back is starting to break off and I never had this problem before. Other issues I noticed are that my bowel movements were a bright neon yellow and when I would use the restroom and it would be difficult than normal for me to "go #2" AND at one point my menstral cycle was so constant it lasted 3 months straight

The symptoms stopped when I quit eating it but I crave it so much I relasped. I was to told to seek mental help by the nurse at my job, but I'm not sure.

I feel that I may have been scammed with this company!
They have $40 of mine and I have waited over 3+ weeks to hear from them. After I looked on the internet, I saw that previous customers have considered it's follow-thru to be a "RIP-OFF, A SCAM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.....!!!"
OK, I am a bit nervous now!
I can't afford to get scammed especially now.
Can anyone let me know of your experience with this "company"??! Can you tell me the best way to get my money back if it truly is a scam? Does the Better Business Bureau help with these "programs"?

I would really appreciate hearing from you ASAP....

I just wondered if there's anything I can do to get my voice back. I haven't lost it totally, but I definitely can't sing. I have a cold. Should I just call my singing appointment off?
My friends told me I should drink hot tea, will this help? Get back to me soon! I don't have much time!
