Absolutely OK,nothing serious will happen.Excess stuff will be simply cxcreted.

I would assume taking any dose of Centrum may be a problem. It contains industrial waste products like nickelous Sulfate, Cupric Oxide and Sodium Borate....none of which are appropriate for human consumption. I would refer to www.centrumistoxic.com to get details as to the potentially dangerous ingredients in this non-vitamin.

The iron is the only concern for overdose but Centrum does not have allot of iron so no need to worry!

of course not! take them one by one at a time..you can take one in the morning and other tablet at night..NOT BY DOSE of course!

I don't think it will hurt you,because they are spaced out pretty far in the time....But taking 2 vits....isn't going to bother you...
