Grow up. This is a stupid question but I can tell you that if you are obese it will help in a big way to reduce your cholesterol.

how many turds and over how long of a period of time would you be pooping. Also how much quaker oats would you be eating per serving? How many times a day do you plan on pooping these oatmeal turds? I am sure we can figure this out.

The average length of the large and small intestine is 6-7 meters. If your intestines were 21 feet the largest void would be right around that amount.
There are factors involved:
1) If you voided during that week regularly you would not notice any difference in the length.
2) If during the process of "bearing down" you concurrently squeezed your two anal sphincters together it may be possible to create a void that multiplies the 21 feet ten fold.
